Annual Basketball Tournament

The Lebanon Police Department hosts a 3-on-3 basketball tournament at the CCBA to raise funds for a local nonprofit organization.

There are multiple divisions for boys and girls grades 5-12, and adults, to participate. The double elimination tournament is comprised of 12 minute games with up to four players per team. Tournament rules and information are provided below.

To register a team, please fill out the Team Registration Form below. We will also require completed Medical Waivers for ALL team players, which can also be found below. Completed forms and payment can be brought to or or mailed to:
