The following Community Health Services are provided by the City of Lebanon, local agencies, and the State of New Hampshire.
The Lebanon Community Health Nurses are regular part-time employees of the city who are part of a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Agreement with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
The Community Paramedic is a regular full-time employee of the city within the Fire Department who is part of a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Agreement with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
The City of Lebanon Human Services Department provides a connection to many local, state and federal assistance agencies.
The Lebanon Police Department partners with West Central Behavioral Health to provide a Mobile Crisis Unit which helps greater assist individuals suffering from mental health issues, as well as with other social service-related issues.
