City of Lebanon Human Services

Social determinants of health, such as safe housing and sufficient income/resources to meet basic needs, have a major impact on people's health, well-being, and quality of life. The City of Lebanon Human Services Department provides a connection to many local, state, and federal assistance agencies. The Human Services Department also provides direct assistance for eligible residents to meet their basic needs. 

All eligible persons will receive assistance in a respectful and fiscally responsible manner, fostering dignity and self-sufficiency while protecting the welfare of the citizens and taxpayers of the City of Lebanon.
