Wednesdays Greenway Strolls
Get outside with your tots in tow or in a stroller and come join Lebanon Recreation on the Mascoma River Greenway. Bring your little ones in a stroller, carrier or if they want to walk and let's explore together. It is a proven fact moving and getting fresh air at least 30 minutes a day helps little ones to sleep and helps build immunity and decrease stress for everyone! Come make new adult friends and tot friends too!

Okinawan Karate Camps
Lebanon Recreation, Arts, and Parks has partnered with Okinawan Karate Academy in Lebanon to provide additional April vacation camp and summer camp opportunities. All classes will take place at their dojo in Lebanon. Okinawan Karate is a traditional dojo (place of training) that serves students of all ages and training levels. OKA’s programs offer a classical Okinawan karate curriculum with a balanced combination of physical fitness, personal development, and self-defense skills. Fundamental principles of courtesy, respect, humility, and self-control are emphasized at all times. Students are encouraged to strive for technical excellence and cultivate a strong mental attitude.
