The City of Lebanon is currently seeking an experienced public sector CFO to oversee the City’s Finance and IT operations. Operating under a City Charter with a Mayor/Council form of government, the Finance Director reports to the City Manager and manages a staff of 5 full-time finance employees and 4 full-time IT employees.
The City budget is just over $71 million (including capital and enterprise funds but not school). The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or related field) and 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in municipal accounting/finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates likely success in the position. Salary range $90,634-$122,346 with excellent benefits. Starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Lebanon is an equal opportunity employer.
