[ARCHIVED] City Hall Relocation and Office Hours Update

City Hall renovation update and upcoming closures

Please be aware that, as part of the City Hall renovation project, ALL City Hall Offices will be relocated to 20 West Park Street in Lebanon (formerly Citizens Bank) during the second week in January. City Hall Offices include the following departments: City Manager, City Clerk, Planning & Development, Assessing, Finance, and Human Resources. Please note that the Recreation and Parks office will remain at its current location inside River Valley College.

Closures

To facilitate the move, all City Hall offices will be CLOSED ON Thursday, January 9, and Friday, January 10, 2020; and will REOPEN on Monday, January 13 in the new location. 

The Planning and Development Office will also be CLOSED ON Wednesday, January 8 - Friday, January 10, 2020 and will reopen on Monday, January 13 in the new location.

Snow Dates

Should a weather event be forecasted to occur on those dates, the relocation will occur on Tuesday, January 7 and Wednesday, January 8, 2020 with city offices reopening on Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Hours of Operation

Office hours at the new location will remain as they are now, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. All City offices will remain at 20 West Park Street until renovations are complete, which is anticipated to be sometime in October 2020.

Government Meetings

Following the relocation, all government meetings currently held at City Hall will be held in meetings rooms at 20 West Park Street, unless noticed for a different location.

Lebanon Opera House

Programming at the Lebanon Opera House will continue as normal throughout the renovation. City Hall will be open to the public for all events at LOH, however, the organization’s administrative and box office will be relocated to 20 West Park Street. More information about day-of-ticket purchases and pick-up procedures will be made available by the Opera House in the coming weeks LebanonOperaHouse.org.
