On January 18, 2020, a wallet was dropped on the ground at a local bank and was subsequently picked up by someone other than the owner.
Later that morning, the victim’s credit card was used at two gas stations in Lebanon, charging a total of $308.90. The male seen in the photo below used the credit card to obtain merchandise from the stores without authorization of the card holder. Surveillance video from one of the stores shows he was seen in a dark colored Volkswagen sedan with Vermont license plates.
The Lebanon Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the subject in the surveillance photograph below. Anyone with information on the identity of this subject is asked to contact Lebanon Police Officer Tyler Hewes at 603-448-1212.
