On Sunday, May 10, 2020, Officer Conlon was conducting a Mountain Bike Patrol on the Rail Trail and noticed two juvenile males attempting to spray paint graffiti on the trail. Officer Conlon attempted to make contact and the juveniles, who fled on foot when the officer identified himself. K9 Officer Perkins and K9 Blesk conducted a K9 track of the juveniles’ path and tracked to the area of Romano Circle in Lebanon.
Both males were approximately 15-17 years old. One male described as 5’5” with blonde hair. The other male described as 5’8” with dirty blonde/brown hair, slim build, dark clothes and a dark backpack. Graffiti, or “tagging” has become an ongoing problem in various areas of the Rail Trail in the past few years.
The Police Department is asking anyone who may have information about the identity of these subjects to please call Lebanon Police Officer Brandon Conlon at 603-448-1212. Information can also be submitted anonymously to our Tip Line, 603-448-CLUE, or online at LebanonNH.gov/CLUE.
