[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Property Tax Payment Plan

Property Taxes LebanonNH.gov/Tax

As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, City officials, in conjunction with the NH Municipal Association, made a request of Governor Sununu to issue an emergency order to allow the City to enter into tax payment plans with property owners.

As a result of this effort, the Governor issued Emergency Order #56 and the City of Lebanon has now implemented a plan to allow for tax payment plans to reduce the statutory interest rate for overdue taxes from 8% to 1%. The payment plan applies to 2020 first and second half tax bills only.

Taxpayers must submit an application for approval but there is a 30-day grace period (July 2nd to August 2nd) to allow time for the application process to be completed. Please visit our COVID-19 Tax Payment Plan page for complete details and to apply.
