Please be aware that the City of Lebanon green dropbox that was previously located on the median at 20 W. Street has been permanently moved back to the side entrance of Lebanon City Hall (51 N. Park St.). The green drop box is provided as a way for people to safely drop payments or correspondence for City staff if they are unable, or do not wish, to enter the building. The dropbox is green with the City of Lebanon seal on it and is checked several times per day.
If you use the dropbox, please be certain to enclose your transaction in an envelope to keep everything together. It is helpful to include a phone number and/or email address staff members can use to contact you in a timely manner in the event more information is required to complete your transaction. Please write the name of the City Department on the envelope (i.e. City Clerk, Planning, Tax, etc.). Please do not leave cash in the dropbox.
Again, the dropbox has been permanently relocated to the side entrance of Lebanon City Hall. City Hall will not reopen to the public until Monday, November 16, 2020.
