On Sunday, November 8, 2020, at approximately 4:17PM, the Lebanon Police Department received a call from a resident at Renihan Meadows about a neighbor who had accidentally discharged a firearm, damaging two neighboring apartment walls.
When Officers arrived, they met with witnesses and a male subject, who was identified as Michael Luccio, age 22, from Lebanon, NH. When Officers spoke with Luccio, he explained he was cleaning his 9mm pistol when he accidentally fired through an electrical outlet, going through the wall and penetrating two other neighboring apartment walls. No injuries occurred, although there were people present in the neighboring apartment at the time. The 9MM pistol was seized at the scene.
On November 9, 2020, Luccio was taken into custody and charged with Reckless Conduct with a Firearm, a Class B Felony offense. Luccio was released on Personal Recognizance bail with a court date of November 23, 2020 in the Grafton County Superior Court.
