On November 17, 2020, the Lebanon Police Department responded to a call from Kohl’s Department Store, regarding a male suspect who had left with a cart full of merchandise through a security door without paying for the items.
Officers located the male suspect in the parking lot with the stolen items, and he was identified as Richard Kuchinsky, age 50, from Boscawen, NH. Kuchinsky was then taken into custody. When Kuchinsky was in booking, Officers discovered a bag of suspected methamphetamine in his mouth.
Kuchinsky was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, and Possession of the Controlled Drug Methamphetamine, both Class B Felony charges. Kuchinsky refused the services of a bail commissioner and was transported to the Grafton County House of Corrections, pending arraignment on November 18, 2020 in the Grafton County Superior Court.
