[ARCHIVED] Search Warrant Leads to Three Drug Arrests

On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, the Lebanon Police Patrol and Detectives unit, along with the New Hampshire Probation and Parole, conducted an investigation at the Hilton Garden Inn. As a result of the investigation, it led to a search warrant of a room, where three individuals were arrested for possessing heroin.                         

The three were identified as Norman Bevins, age 46, from Lebanon, NH, Eric Therrien, age 49, from White River Jct, VT, and Jayde Smith, age 26, from Springfield, VT.

Bevins was arrested for Possession of Heroin, classified as a B Felony. He is currently on probation and was held at the Grafton County House of Corrections on a probation hold. Therrien and Smith were both arrested for Possession of Heroin, classified as a B Felony. They were released on a Personal Recognizance bail and will be arraigned at the Grafton County Superior Court for February 1, 2021.
