[ARCHIVED] Lebanon Live Meetings Migrating to WebEx

Lebanon Live meetings migrating to WebEx

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Lebanon has been livestreaming its meetings using Microsoft Teams. As part of our recent City Hall renovations, new media equipment and software were installed in Council Chambers to provide an enhanced livestream experience for our viewers, participants, and staff.  With the new media equipment now being operational, the City will be moving away from Microsoft Teams to WebEx for our livestreaming experience.

This migration to WebEx will begin with City Council meetings starting in February 2021. All other boards, committees, and commissions are anticipated to migrate to the new system sometime in March 2021. We will continue to post updates as changes occur. Information on how to attend city meetings will continue to be posted on our LebanonNH.gov/Live page until further notice.

We recommend that those attending a WebEx meeting for the first time watch the following Join a Webex Meeting video.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work diligently to keep our meetings and services operating smoothly during the COVID-19 pandemic and into the future. If you have questions about this process, please contact the City Manager’s Office at 603-448-4220 or manager@lebanonnh.gov.
