These are ways you can be a part of our Annual Child Health and Community Programs Golf Tournament on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Woodstock Country Club in Woodstock, VT. For twenty-nine years, the Lebanon Police Department has raised funds through the golf tournament to support our youth and community programs.
In 2019, the monetary donations raised allowed us to continue our popular Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Program, purchase public relations giveaways and bike helmets for kids, provide pizza for CCBA Middle School Lock-Ins, and purchase ice cream for the Ice Cream Patrol, to name a few.
Raffle donations and participation from the corporations, local businesses, and individuals in the Upper Valley have made this tournament a success each year, as well as a fun time for those participating. This year we are proud to partner again with Mascoma Bank and Tasco Security as our shirt and golf ball sponsors. We are excited to have their sponsorships and look forward to others supporting our child health and community programs.
The 2021 Registration and Sponsor Form can be found on our website. The cost is $440 per team, which includes green fees, cart, lunch, and a shirt. There are also multiple sponsorship levels. The deadline for registering a team is June 28, 2021.
