The Lebanon Farmers’ Market is opening this Thursday (May 20, 2021) and we are all excited to be able to enjoy good food and time with friends. While you are at the market, please remember to put your waste in the right bin.
As in years past, nearly all the items at the Farmers’ Market are either compostable or recyclable. If you are not sure, simply ask the vendor or go to the Solid Waste Division table.
This year, the Lebanon Solid Waste Division will have a table at the Farmers’ Market. No, we are not selling baked goods or fresh greens. Instead, Solid Waste staff will be available to answer your questions about waste reduction, our new food scrap program, our BetterBin recycling app, and anything else you might wonder about waste.
Please stop by to say hello. We look forward to talking trash with you.
See you at the Market!
