We are excited to announce LebConnect, a new online service for reporting and tracking issues throughout the City of Lebanon. LebConnect, powered by SeeClickFix, is a community communication tool and request management system that will help residents easily report issues and request services online. The new LebConnect service is accessible on any modern web browser and can also be downloaded as an app on a personal device.
The LebConnect service also allows people to track the status of requests they submit and offers an interactive map to see which issues are currently being reported throughout the community. Integration between the SeeClickFix software and the Public Works asset management system has also been installed. This means any reported issues related to Public Works, such as potholes or street repairs, will automatically be forwarded to their system and a work order will be created. This will allow residents to receive more timely service and will also allow the Public Works Department to continue using their own asset management system. Visit LebanonNH.gov/LebConnect today to learn more.
The new LebConnect service is part of the effort to better help residents find and get the help they need. As part of this effort, the City recently added a CivicPlus Chatbot to every page of the website. The chatbot appears in the lower, right-hand corner of every page and allows residents and visitors to ask questions and quickly receive answers. The chatbot uses artificial intelligence to continue improving its answers. The more questions you ask, the smarter it gets! Give it a try!
Lastly, we also encourage our residents and visitors to continue using our Ask LebNH service to find answers to frequently asked questions and to submit any questions, concerns, or comments you might have. We are here to help! Explore Ask LebNH!
