[ARCHIVED] USDA Home and Property Repair and Improvement Funds Available

Home and Property Repair

The City of Lebanon would like to make you aware of available home and property repair and improvement funds. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development Program is distributing funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for home repair and improvement projects. This program provides low-interest loan funds to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve or modernize their homes or to remove health and safety hazards. Grant funds are only available to homeowners aged 62 or older and only to remove health and safety hazards. Replacement of a failing septic system is one example of an eligible activity under this program.

For more information, visit the USDA program page here.
