As of Monday, March 7, 2022, the City’s building permit application portal will temporarily not be in service. The Planning & Development Department will be transitioning from its current permit tracking system to a new online building permit application service, BS&A, which should be ready for use by March 31, 2022.
Any online permits received from Friday, March 4 through Sunday, March 6, 2022, will be accepted through our current City Squared portal.
During the transition period starting March 7, 2022, please apply for building permits using the forms and information for the applicable type of project from the Building Permits page. Completed application forms and supporting documents may be emailed to the Planning & Development Department at planning@lebanonnh.gov or dropped off at the Department in person in City Hall, Level 5. If you have questions regarding these forms or how to apply for a building permit, please contact the Planning and Development Department at 603-448-1457, open Monday through Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, and closed on Fridays.
