[ARCHIVED] Earth Day Walk on Starr Hill Conservation Area

Come celebrate Earth Day with a Wild about Lebanon walkthrough at Starr Hill Conservation Area led by volunteer steward Eric Agterberg and UVLT Programs Director Alison Marchione.

Hear the story of how Laurel and Sid Letter led a neighborhood initiative to protect this land, and explore the diverse forest, spring wildflowers, and vernal pool along the Wheatley and Laurel’s Loop Trails on this 39-acre conservation area.

Event Details

  • Friday, April 22nd 2022, 4pm. 
  • Meet at the kiosk in the parking lot at the end of Wheatley St. Additional on-street parking is available nearby.
  • Difficulty: Moderate, with some short steep sections, and the trail can be uneven and rocky.
  • Approximate distance: 1 mile.
  • No dogs, please.
