[ARCHIVED] Water Main Break - Spring Street

Please be advised that a water main break has recently occurred on Spring Street (near the Storrs Hill Entrance). Spring Street is closed between Water Street and Logan Lane. Logan Lane and Brookside Drive currently has no water at this time. Crews are onsite assessing the situation. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Discolored water is very common following a water main break. Anyone that is experiencing dirty water in this area should let their cold water taps run for 15 - 20 minutes.
