The Lebanon Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Andrew Jacques, age 26, from Lebanon, NH. Jacques is wanted for the following charges: Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon, Reckless Operation, and Disobeying an Officer. Jacques also failed to appear at plea and sentencing hearing for a felony level drug charge.
