The City of Lebanon is transitioning to a new online application service, BS&A, for utility billing. Existing customers will use the same username and password as previously used in InvoiceCloud and any autopay rules established will automatically migrate to BS&A as well.
During the transition, from October 17 through October 24, 2022, the City will NOT be able to accept credit card payments and online payments for the following transactions:
- Water/ sewer bills
- Planning/ Zoning fees
- Building permit applications
During this transition period, payment by cash or check can be made at the Utilities window in City Hall on Level 2, or at the Planning & Development Department in City Hall on Level 5, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm; City Hall is closed on Fridays.
Payments to the City Clerk’s Office, including transactions for Motor Vehicles, Dog Licenses, Taxes, and Vital Records, will still be payable with cash, check, or credit card during the transition period.
On October 25, 2022, the BS&A service will be up and running. Instructions on how to make utility bill payments online and other information will be available at LebanonNH.gov/UtilityBills. At this time, payments for the Planning & Development Department can be made by visiting LebanonNH.gov/PayMyPermit.
