Hazardous Waste Collection Event - Saturday, September 30

Hazardous Waste Newsflash

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day will be held at Lebanon High School (195 Hanover St., Lebanon) on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 9:00am – Noon. This event is held at Lebanon High School to better accommodate the large turnout. The following schedule provides complete details regarding which items can and cannot be dropped off.

This event is free to residents!

It is important to dispose of household hazardous wastes properly because they can injure you, your family, or your pets, damage the environment, or contaminate drinking water supplies. Even if you have a well on your property, you also need to think about keeping the groundwater that supplies your well clean and safe to drink. That's why we are asking for your help in keeping our environment and drinking water supply safe by bringing your household hazardous waste to our collection day.

No Unwanted/Unused Medications
Unwanted and unused medications (prescription and over-the-counter) WILL NOT be collected during the event. Please view the information about the Pharmaceutical Drop Box & Sharps Disposal Container available 24 hours a day in the
Lebanon Police Department lobby.
