On Thursday, April 27, 2023, the Lebanon Police Department responded to a local business on Mechanic Street for a report of an impaired person who was attempting to drive.
Upon Officers arrival, they found an impaired female in the passenger seat of the vehicle. It was learned that the female was a protected party in an active criminal bail order. Officers then located a male suspect inside the business and determined his identification as Daniel Aremburg, age 34, of Lebanon, NH.
Aremburg was in violation of an active criminal bail order. He was arrested and charged with Stalking and three counts of Contempt of Court, all Class A Misdemeanors. He is presently being held on preventative detention and will appear in the 2nd Circuit Lebanon District Court on Friday, April 28, 2023.
This was the fourth time Lebanon Officers have arrested Aremburg since Friday, March 31, 2023. On March 31st, he was arrested for two counts of Domestic Simple Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a Class B Felony. He was released on personal recognizance bail until he was arrested again on Sunday, April 2, 2023, for Possession of Controlled Drug, a Class B Felony, and Stalking, a Class A Misdemeanor. On April 2nd, he was held on preventative detention until he was again released on personal recognizance bail by the Grafton County Superior Court on Monday, April 3, 3023. On Thursday, April 6, 2023, Aremburg was once again arrested by the Lebanon Police Department on warrants for Robbery, a Class B Felony, Receiving Stolen Property, a Class B Felony, six counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking, all Class B Felonies, Possession of A Controlled Drug, a Class B Felony, and Simple Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor. On April 6th, he was held on preventative detention until he was released on Friday, April 7, 2023, by the Grafton County Superior Court.
