Woman Arrested for Burglary and Possession of Cocaine

AINSWORTH

On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the Lebanon Police Department received a report of a burglary that was in progress at a Main Street West Lebanon business. 

Upon the Lebanon Police Department and New Hampshire State Police’s arrival, a building search was conducted and Officers located the suspect inside the closed business. The suspect was identified as Heather Ainsworth, age 45, from North Haverhill, NH. 

Ainsworth was taken into custody and was charged with Burglary and Possession of Cocaine, both class B Felonies, and charged with Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor. Ainsworth was later brought to the Grafton County House of Corrections, pending a Grafton County Superior Court arraignment on Friday, May 26, 2023.
