We are pleased to announce that the City Clerk’s Office, the Tax Collector, and Utilities Billing now accept debit and credit card payments for over-the-counter transactions.
A processing fee of 2.79%, with a minimum fee of $1.50, will be collected if you pay by debit or credit card. The processing fees are paid directly to our third-party processor and are not retained by the City of Lebanon.

- Visa
Unfortunately, Visa (debit or credit) are not accepted for Utility payments.
