On November 29, 2017 at approximately 3:20PM, Lebanon Police Sergeant Brady Harwood observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation on Interchange Drive. Sergeant Harwood turned his vehicle around to make a traffic stop but observed the vehicle attempt to elude him onto Route 12A. Sergeant Harwood was able to locate the vehicle in the parking lot of the Colonial Plaza. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 25-year-old Andrew Lohmann of Enfield, NH. An investigation revealed that Lohmann was in possession of two bundles of Heroin and a small bag of methamphetamine. He was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of a Narcotic Drug, both Class B Felonies.
Lohmann was also found to be on conditions of release out of the Grafton County Superior Court stemming from a previous Lebanon Police Department arrest on October 24, 2017, in which he was arrested for heroin possession. Lohmann was held on $3,000 cash bail and is expected to be arraigned before the Grafton County Superior Court on November 30, 2017.
