The Planning & Zoning Department staff presented Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments to the City Council for consideration on October 19, 2016, at which time the Council decided to move forward with the proposed amendments and set a tentative schedule. The Council reviewed comments from the land use boards and legal counsel at their January 4, 2017 City Council Meeting. A public hearing is scheduled for the January 18, 2017 Council meeting.
The full text of these amendments and all other proposed amendments are available in the Planning Department and in the City Clerk’s Office, Lebanon City Hall, 51 North Park Street, Lebanon, NH, open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The amendment documents will be provided as part of the January 18, 2017 City Council Agenda Packet (agenda packets links are also provided below)
