Darrell was later located walking on Bank Street. Darrell refused to stop for officers and was given repeated commands to comply and that he was under arrest. Darrell was non-compliant and initially refused to show officers his hands.  After a brief stand-off, Darrell finally complied with officer’s commands and was arrested without injury or further incident.

Darrell was charged with Resisting Arrest or Detention and Domestic related Criminal Mischief, both Class A Misdemeanor offenses.

Bail was set at $1,500 cash and Darrell was transported to the Grafton County House of Correction pending arraignment in the 2nd Circuit, Lebanon District Court on Monday May 14, 2018.
