On Thursday, September 27th from 8:30am to 1:00pm, the Lebanon Energy Advisory Committee and the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce will be co-sponsoring a conference at the Fireside Inn and Suites, 25 Airport Road, West Lebanon, NH, designed to help businesses adopt sustainable and efficient technologies that will stabilize and reduce their energy costs, increase their energy resilience, and invest their dollars locally.
Technology discussions will focus on Solar programs, Battery Power Back-up Storage, Efficient Lighting Design, Biomass Heating, and Heat Pumps – both air-source and ground-source. Workshops will explain reasons to adopt these technologies and explore the finances and available state and federal incentives.
The event’s keynote address will be given by April Salas, Executive Director of the Revers Center for Energy at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Other speakers include Lebanon City Manager Shaun Mulholland, Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Rob Taylor, and Lebanon City Councilor Clifton Below. There will also be testimonials from local businesses that have invested in sustainable energy technologies for their businesses.
