On February 9, 2017, while on foot patrol at Maplefield’s convenience store on Mechanic Street in Lebanon, an officer was approached by a store employee and made aware of a male who had been acting suspiciously and had been in the bathroom for a long time.
When the male came out of the bathroom, the officer spoke with him about the store employee’s concerns. The officer identified the male as Dylan Conklin, age 20, of Lebanon, NH. The officer’s conversation with Conklin led to an investigation in which Conklin was found to be in possession of several bags of heroin and admitted to using heroin in the bathroom at Maplefield’s.
Conklin was arrested and charged with one Felony level count of Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due to appear in the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court on April 10, 2017.
