The City of Lebanon Recreation Arts & Parks Department invites and encourages you to submit a proposal to design and build a new Welcome to West Lebanon Sign on Bridge Street in West Lebanon NH. Artists are encouraged to select materials and design components that are reflective of West Lebanon, the region, or the State of New Hampshire.
