A permit must be obtained from the City of Lebanon before discharging industrial waste. Pleaserefer to Lebanon City Code Chapter 136, Article IV, for complete details. To obtain a permit you must submit an application to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent or Chief of Quality Assurance.
